A mini size of the Shiseido Eyelash Curler that can focus on the part you want to curl over the eyelashes where the regular curler can't reach.  This top-seller Japanese eyelash curler is easy-to-use and is gentle and safe on the lashes.  The flexible silicon rubber pad curls lashes from the base to the tip. Comes with one replacement rubber.

How To Use: 

• Open the curler and position it at the base of your lashes.  Gently squeeze down on lashes
• For the fullest lashes, move the curler up, away from the base, and squeeze again in the middle of the lash.  Then press one more time close to the tip of the lashes
• Use a tissue or dry cloth to wipe the eyelash curler and silicone pads clean between uses
