No need of technique. You can make professional-level eyebrows in three easy steps with the pencil, powder and brush.
How to use, precautions, storage method
1. Please turn out the 2mm eyebrow pencil first. Outline the brow shape and fill in the sparse brows.
2. Rotate and take out the eyebrow powder stick, dip in the eyebrow powder and draw the eyebrows to the peak of the eyebrows.
3. Finally, use the eyebrow brush to lightly brush the entire eyebrows for dyeing.
